Pink Tide

ian cameron

I am very lucky to live so close to Findhorn Bay, Moray, Scotland. I can make a quick decision to get down to the beach and set up my camera. On this occasion low tides and the promise of an attractive sunrise were consolidated. This was taken just prior to sun up and exploits the reflective quality of wet sand meandering pools and an exquisite peach pink light that illuminated everything in glorious warm colour. Please feel free to visit my website, access times are a lot more rapid now. Transient light, There are some superb new shots at Timecatcher too.

Exquisite pink pre-dawn light and reflective wet sand maintain the

tonal balance. It was a real step into and enjoy scene.
