I like it better, except for the blown highlights in the white of the clouds.

Yeah, I noticed those, but only took a minute or two to fiddle. The contrast is nicer though, its picks up the beams better. I would definitely play with it in PS though, have fun!!

I like your exposure it looks to me like it is spot on. I like the original version you posted as the slight color you pick up adds mood. Nice capture too as the sun highlighted your subject very well. Ireland is such a beautiful country I hope you have more to post.

Thanks Don. I will post a few more. We did not travel much (visited family and friends-my wife is from Ireland) so I don't have a lot of pictures.

I'd go for the original too, Frank, the highlights on the breaking waves realy help make the picture. It reminds me of the posters you get to illustrate feelings ... this one being "Inspiration". Cheers Ian
