dave_nitsche 0 Posted January 12, 2005 Wow, can always tell the beauty of a nice film shot and a good scan. The detail is really amazing. IMO film still blows digital away for detail. I love the depth and sharpness. How do you like your scanner? Ease of use? Can it handle 6x4.5 or is it just 35mm? Thanks!!! Link to comment
satori 0 Posted January 12, 2005 I couldn't agree with you more. That's why I only shoot birds on digital now. As to the scanner: it is really great in every respect, this one doesn't support 6x4.5. But Minolta has one in its offer. Thank you very much for your opinion.:) Link to comment
dave_nitsche 0 Posted January 12, 2005 Even funnier is that I only shoot digital. LOL. Moving to medium format though, that's why I was asking about the scanner... Thanks. Beautiful image... Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 13, 2005 This is such a beautiful botanic park that I love to look at it cause it is so calm and pleasent to the eye and soul! Bravo! Now I see this is shot with film, not digital! hm.. but the colors are so intense for me, that it looks like digital! did you use some PS for more saturation? Thank you for this Natural Beauty! satori 0 Posted January 13, 2005 Biliana: I am very pleased that my photograph caught your attention to that extent. :) When you shoot velvia, you don't usually have to use PS at all. It's the difference between transparencies and digital. Link to comment

1000wordsphotography 0 Posted January 14, 2005 A beautiful place so well captured. The light is very special and placing the willow central in the photos was perfect. Link to comment
rod_melotte 0 Posted January 14, 2005 I actually do't like the colors, it's TO saturated for me! Don't get me wrong - GREAT shot, just to much!! Link to comment
