Please give any suggestions you may have on this photo.

Nice portraite, I like your cropping and the soft focus, I think they enhance the pose. There are 2 things that I think distract from photo. The shadow in upper left and the watch. If the watch face was a different color it would have been ok, as it is it is too blown out and draws too much of the attention. I do wish the shadow by his hand and over his right shoulder were more muted
