Very calm and peaceful, but with the blueness, I feel more like it is an early morning pre-sunrise pic, that "blue hour" that folks were discussing a few POW's ago as compared to the "golden hour" at dusk. I feel invigorated, as if I were the first awake on a camping trip and walked to the rocky shore on cool, crisp morning.

Magnificient work, as always. Extremely peaceful, partly because so much is suggested, not shown. I really admire your portfolio, I've always been rather poor at that type of photo.

Beautiful image exhibiting a perceptive eye to recognize it. The only improvement I might suggest would be to have pointed the camera a few degrees to your right to capture a bit more of the rocks and a bit less of the water. Or crop some area from the left side of the print.
