Window series

... but it just doesn't work for me. I'm way too disturbed by the window bar which goes straight across her. I tend to look/focus on the bar instead of the woman.

 

Don't know if I can explain it I try:

The window doesn't give me much feeling of that it really is a window, it's very wiped out (totally white) so it doesn't have any structure.

 

It might have worked better if I could see that it actually was a window, ie if you actually had shot it from the outside, letting me see some of the wall, and through the window...

I like the model, nice torso, but the pose is a bit too set up! and I don't like the bar across her, at first I thought it was a download mistake part of the photo missing but you say its a window series so... otherwise a good print

The window looks too artificial. Even if it's a real one, i.e. not a "Photoshop window", it just doesn't look right, that's why it doesn't work for me.

I too don't much care for the window--sorry!

Yeah, I agree. Would much prefer the model without the bar going across. Unlike some others in this series the window doesn't look that much like a window
