Hello Steve, I think this is a very good composition, good focus and dof, and great clarity, I rate it 6/6. Thanks for rating and commenting on my photos. As for the 'Little Chimney Sweep', I did not use a flash, used a reflector light with a sheet of thick paper taped over the front. I cut a very small oval shape in the paper, put the light real close to the figurine, turned out all of the other lights, (the darker the better), then used a slow shutter speed. Try it, it`s lots of fun! I have a couple more still-lifes done with this set-up in my portfolio, take a look and let me know what you think. Best regards, Jim.
