technically very nice but i personnaly have a problem with photographs of this kind as they are really just representations of somebody elses work! but, i don't know your motivations behind this image.

Just not sharp enough. It's not exactly a moving target, use a tripod. Bottom left dark area is distracting. The image and composition is good, though I would have tried to get the profile of the face to stand out more. Good use of filters though.
