Solarised protestors

These young women were part of a group of about 20 who were

protesting against the building of a Satellite Communications Base in

the Waihopi Valley near Blenhem linked with Pine Gap in Australia and

the USA and UK networks, all to no avail, it has been up and running

for a few years now. Comments and critiques welcome as always

Good photojournalist shot, though I'm not convinced the solarisation adds to it. Have you the straight b&w for comparison? regards - Colin

Yes, the solarisation is more memorable (and fun!). I can now see that their faces are masked so the original doesn't show much more facial detail anyway. regards - Colin
