slrshooter 0 Posted September 28, 2001 A bit grainy, but great composition and subject Link to comment
kasigi 0 Posted September 28, 2001 I love the image composition - the shot is great. It looks like artifacts and oversharpening were introduced in the making of the file for the web. Link to comment
galan 0 Posted September 28, 2001 Quite possibly the artifacts assumed to be caused by over sharpening are a result of reflections from all the droplets this cat was covered with... I did apply a small percentage of sharpening because of the conversion from tiff to jpeg but the original image is really quite pleasing... I just wish I had gotten a better angle for catchlight. Unfortunately, such opportunities rarely present themselves 100% to our liking. Thank you all for your perspectives and observations. ~Galan Link to comment
anne_radtke 0 Posted September 29, 2001 Well, you have the right idea, but the shot itself is unimaginative. Try lowering the contrast to soften. Keep at it! Link to comment
galan 0 Posted October 11, 2001 Ann, I appreciate your comments but until you post something to show me that you have any talent whatsoever, they land on mute ears. Link to comment
kelly_perl 0 Posted December 3, 2001 You captured a wonderful, playful expression on your tiger's face. That makes the photo. Link to comment
