michael_harris2 0 Posted January 3, 2005 Would have been a GREAT shot without the reflexion of the two women in the glass...either remove in PS or ask the bride to roll her window all the way down and pose her same way. GREAT POSE.....these are things we learn from Pros....Exposure is great!!! Link to comment
darcy_a_p 0 Posted January 3, 2005 I LIKED the reflection of the women in the window. Mother and sister? Bridesmaids? It doesn't really matter, I think they are symbolic of the bride's transformation into a "new" woman, occupying a new domicile-- however you care to look at it, but her "new life" is in the limo, and her "old one" will be heading home to their old routines after the limo departs. Anyhow, love the shot, it's a difficult one to get good lighting on and you've done that well, and the expressions are fantastic. Nicely done Link to comment
melissa_w.___arizona_calif 0 Posted January 4, 2005 I think the reflections work as well, could have worked either way I suppose. The expression is fantastic though!! Link to comment
sarahunderhill 1 Posted January 4, 2005 It was the reflection in the window that caught my eye here! We have all seen this shot before, the reflection makes this different. Nice capture! Link to comment
michael_brown6 0 Posted January 6, 2005 I've done my share of weddings, and this is an excellent shot, because of the reflections. The hot white reflection in the glass against the black interior of the car is also an excellent contrast. The fingers wagging out the window is a little distracting, but but gives the photo it's meaning. And an attractive bride always helps the photographer too.... Nice shot. Link to comment
thomas semesky 0 Posted January 6, 2005 The reflections move this photo up a notch for me. Otherwise it's a nice standard shot that most wedding photographers have captured. By adding the reflections it makes in more unique and ties the bride in with her surroundings. Link to comment
