jay_patel 0 Posted January 5, 2005 Thanks for the comments on this photo. You are right about the intensity of light fading fast. Also, the golden light in the top left corner was far more intense then rest of the light in rest of the photograph and it was a challenge to balance correctly. :-) Link to comment

liftik 0 Posted February 21, 2007 aesthetics are in the eyes of the viewers, no question beautiful image. But, just because we can enhance color to a point of exaggeration, does not mean we should, nature photos should stand on their own without over saturation, which imo this images seems to be. My ver. same time of year and day, not as spectacular but real to me. Link to comment
jay_patel 0 Posted February 21, 2007 Good point. When i processed this photo, my photographic skills let much to be desired. At the time I processed this photo, I really like its vivid "Velvia" effect, but if I were to reprocess this image the colors would be a lot closer to its natural appearance. Thank you for that honest comments. Link to comment
mbranciforte 0 Posted February 21, 2007 Jay, This is just a phenomonally beautiful and stunning photography. I admit that I also don't like to touch up or over saturate photos, but this one is just so striking that it warrants praise either as a photograph or as digital art. I can lose myself in this photo. Amazing job! -Michael Link to comment
