Window light & Metz-50 flash. Bounced flash off ceiling in TTL mode for fill in. Used photoshop to remove flash from the eyes and added some dodging to the window light. Also used the Dark noise calibration method with my scanner by scanning a black slide, removed some glare from the nose, reduced the highlights and minor color correction.
