I love the placement of the arrow in the background, and the pose. I might have tried to avoid that little tower thiny in the background though...other than that, gorgeous!

For me, this image has a real mood. The shadows over the face & body work well in combination with the attire. Well done!!

Don't know about that title, though. I just can't parse it. Here's Houghtin-Mifflin on the verb, sublimate:

 

1. To modify the natural expression of (a primitive, instinctual impulse) in a socially acceptable manner.

2. To divert the energy associated with (an unacceptable impulse or drive) into a personally and socially acceptable activity.

I showed it to the "lizard lady" and she would like to try something similar with me... thanks for the inspiration. I would probably position the model a little more off-center in the frame.
