root 0 Posted January 12, 2005 OK, I've got some questions, if I may. Was this 'moonlight assisted' in any way? What were the start and stop times relative to sunset? What was you aperture? How much of the time was spent actually "painting"? Did you do any measuring of reflectance values, or was each exposure time mostly a guestimate. Link to comment
tom_freebairn 0 Posted January 12, 2005 No moonlight-quite dark with some high overcast. Start when lower horizon has an ev value of between 3 and 4. Aperture was f16 (reduces risk of burning highlights) For precise exposure I did some test shots on rock, snow and wood. Hope this helps and thanks for the interest. Link to comment
camilo.margeli 1 Posted January 12, 2005 Great image, I like it so much... The efect in a water and the contrast with the white over the stones and the color of the britge are realy wonderful... Link to comment
AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted January 19, 2005 This is really a spectacular shot. The bridge is wonderfully lit. For the effort you put into this, I'm glad it turned out. Link to comment
rafael2 0 Posted January 20, 2005 I cant see a single mistake on exposure, you must really know this subject and the reflective values of each of the elements. I hope someday I get one as clear and crisp as this one. Link to comment
