rod_melotte 0 Posted December 22, 2004 I took this to see just how big I could blow up a 1.3 MP picture. It was cloudy at the Farmers market on the way to work. I WISH I had had my D70 with me but . . . . I'm not sure about the black border color - I'm always conflicted with border color. OH - to answer - at 8x10 you could start to see some pixelation that overpowered the color. Link to comment

AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted December 22, 2004 A veritable masala of flowers. Interesting for a short period of time. Great possibility for all kinds of camera techniques. Link to comment

travis_pierson 0 Posted December 23, 2004 Quite an effect from a low res camera. It's beautiful, but at the same time the colors are somewhat garish in a 60s, plasticy way, and the flatness of the image really adds to that "fake" effect. This isn't a criticism, since the flowers certainly seem to be real, it's just a thought about what makes it compelling to look at. Link to comment
miguel alvarez 0 Posted December 24, 2004 The colors are beautiful, but it needs a little more contrast Link to comment
glenn mellen 0 Posted December 26, 2004 That camera sure did pick up some very fine detail! 6/6 Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted December 28, 2004 This is a beautifull shot. All those different colours in one cheerful bouquet are good for my sentimental mood in this grey wintertime. Like you, I always have problems with the frames too. A frame can make or breake your picture. I think for this colourful shot your choice for a small black one is very good. Very well done. 6/7 Link to comment
