For the record: I do not speak Italian, don't know the majority of folks commented/rated here, not a landscape expert, but certainly try to continue expanding my horizon.

 

Having said that, I find this image pleasantly simple, soothing, and compositionally sound. The saturation level between for- and background could be a bit closer, IMHO. Some may say it's boring, but I find it excitingly calming. If that makes any sense at all. ^_^

This is a very beautiful Christmas present to us PN members, Francesco. The simplicity is incredible.

I like this, Francesco.... The black band and naked tree dominate... and set the mood of the image... yet the green patches make nice balance, providing hope and peace to the viewers!

This is very nice--almost an abstract, the lines are so perfect--but finally it is the subtle play of colors that brings it out of the commonplace and makes it into a very good picture.
