matthew leong 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Solid piece of work, I guess with the eyes closed it shows the strong addiction of the person with tobacco.7/7 for me. Just curious is this done with flash ? Link to comment
mikeryoma 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Thanks Leong, no flash, but with lots of digital alterations. Link to comment

mattvardy 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Simply an excellent portrait with a meaningful story behind it. Great illustration depicting the "effects" tobacco has on one's life and appearence. I also find the frame to be bothersome. Your image "falls" out of its frame because there is more space above than there is below... its a visual illusion, with a name that escapes me. This can easily be corrected by either a) adding more frame at the bottom, or b) removing some frame from the top. 7/7 for the image. Regards, Link to comment
Sogokon 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Good work. I disagree with the frame too. This way it looks more like from the newspaper. 6/7. Cheers Link to comment

tom l 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Wonderful. Very impressed with the PS work here. I would love to learn how to do this. Would you be willing to explain what your technique is offer any suggestions on how this can be done? Link to comment
emre 0 Posted December 10, 2004 I really like the palette. The cigarette appears to be overexposed. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 10, 2004 I think this is outstanding, and I'm not going to go into some great technical discourse as to why. You know what you're doing. Keep it up. If you're not getting published, you should be! -s Link to comment
