jeremy_podolski 0 Posted December 9, 2004 Great composition - I can't imagine a better placement of objects/elements. The frost on the flora almost makes them look like underwater plant life, urchins and coral. Beautiful! Link to comment
sef1664877429 0 Posted December 9, 2004 Well, doesn't get much better than this, does it? Superb, crispy atmosphere, I can see my breath just looking at it. The light mist mixing with the wispy clouds is perfect. If I was going to be picky, very picky, I might say that the twig lying across the path is stopping me from walking into the picture, but the quality of the rest of the photo makes up for it. moot 0 Posted December 9, 2004 Very nice indeed (but I'm sure you knew that already). My first thought was that this is somewhere much more exotic than the Forest. Colours are lovely. Link to comment

kkwan 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Subtlety is definitely your strength. This one doesn't need overly saturated colors, just good light and a solid composition. Well-seen. Link to comment

lukep 0 Posted December 10, 2004 Lovely shot. Not the kind you get by lying in late under warm blankets. Well done. Link to comment
donovan 0 Posted December 11, 2004 The path gently leads the eye to the open area in front of the tree, almost as if you don't want to disturb the frozen flora. At the same time, my eyes briefly pause by the two paths on the left, wondering where they lead off to... Link to comment
francis_cailles 0 Posted December 11, 2004 I almost yelled "Incredible", but then after seeing your name, I realized this incredible shot is a norm for you. Superb on every level, Adam. Wow!!! Link to comment
marionovak 0 Posted December 11, 2004 Beautifull composition and light, but I guess, you heard it all before. Velvia is also my film of choice, but I use large format. If you ever want to make beautifull print from that image, give me a call, I print on Canvas and that Image would just sing when is printed right Link to comment

scott_dean 1 Posted December 12, 2004 I like this narrow path like feel, also lighting under forground and under the tree (Depth of photo is Great 7/7) Link to comment
harry eggens 0 Posted December 12, 2004 ....Adam. Wonderful contrast between the waemer colors of the tree, sky and some parts of the bushes, and the cool color tones of the hoar-frost. Beautiful how the small path does lead the eye in to the scene. Very well seen and excecuted....Best regards, Harry Link to comment
