After a night at the summit of Tom na Gruagaich being buffetted by gale force winds and driving snow. I must admit it occurred to me that maybe I was pushing my photography beyond the bounds of commonsense. The following morning I greeted the most magnificent sunrise and roared my appreciation for the fine weather that enabled a days photography I am unlikely to forget. The mountains of Torridon, Scotland starting with the Horns of

Alligin on the left (very Hobbit) Beinn Eighe in the centre and the

rather steep and tricky Liathach on the right.

What I like about this photo is the shadow and light play across the mountains and valley. I like your exposure too. I like your use of the filter to maintain the rich blue sky. ( I am a novice at filters and only understand the rudimentary use of them). The only thing I don't like are the rocks in the foreground.
