arny raedts 1 Posted December 7, 2004 this place was really weird, rocks that move by themselves... http://www.arny.nl Link to comment
pressuredbyphotons 5 Posted December 7, 2004 An alien rover? Very cool image, has quite an other worldly feel to it. Great that the leading line proceeds towards the sun, nicely composed. Link to comment
AaronFalkenberg 0 Posted December 7, 2004 These rocks are being photographed more and more. This is kind of the typical low angle shot used on them. See link: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=2113653 I think yours is just as good. Link to comment
chris_conrad 0 Posted December 9, 2004 Great exposure--I can't believe it all held together with the sun that high in the sky. Terrific. cc Link to comment
benjamin.portraiture 0 Posted December 9, 2004 The rocks no longer move. Most scientists believe that the rocks were pushed along by glacial ice. There are instances of two rocks over a mile apart moving parallel to one another. I like this shot though. The starred sun adds to the whole Death Valley mystique. Link to comment
