Nice Capture, so often hard to do because ironworkers are doing their thing far above us mere mortals... Lighting is quite harsh and contrast too low, IMHO. Perhaps you could correct this using PS; but try to keep the current tonality of his iridium lenses.

It is interesting to use soft colors on a macho portrait. Good creativity.
