lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted December 2, 2004 I have not done fogs before. This is the first one. Shot today in my neighborhood. Is this an acceptable image ? Is the composition OK ? In order to keep the reflections I had to divide the frame almost in half(if I think the house is my focal point). Does it work? Any suggestions how to improve it ? Is the contrast too low ? Thanks Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted December 3, 2004 I don't see a thing that needs improvement. What a wonderful photo! It is excellent as is. Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted December 3, 2004 I appreciate your encouragement(and may help me to request a critique on another photo, done this morning at the same place) Link to comment
arnabdas 0 Posted December 3, 2004 Surreal .. slightly spooky! Excellent! BTW at the bottom left part -- there's either a dust spec on your CCD or a frog in the water ;-) Regards, Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted December 3, 2004 That is a dust particle I plan to eradicate this weekend (A frog would have been better!). I could have PSed it but I did not want to. Thanks Link to comment

avid 0 Posted December 16, 2004 Swapan, truly a very beautiful capture. Very moody and well thought out. Where is this place? The dust particle has to go. Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted December 16, 2004 This was shot in my neighborhood, very close to where I live.It was the first real foggy morning of the season. Fortunately, I was off work !! Your folder is slim but awesome ! I am seriously thinking to buy a medium format camera just to try it ! Link to comment
