swenson 0 Posted December 2, 2004 I realy like this one. You can almost feel the texture of the dead wood. Link to comment
sef1664877429 0 Posted December 2, 2004 A fun day in the outback, nice, but I'm wondering if a crop would help emphasise the three different states of the tree's, and get rid of whatever that white object hiding behind the branch is. A slight reduction in highlights takes the edge of the clouds, as well. Or maybe you feel a crop would lessen the feeling of space? Link to comment
deozmac 0 Posted December 2, 2004 I took this photo at the end of a week's gliding camp, the purpose of which was to achieve high-altitude flights in conditions marked by the creamy looking clouds. Hence (sic), the clouds were just as much part of the attraction for me as the trees. I do agree Stephen that your crop makes a better composition and your good eye has caught the 'tree-triplet'. On this Apple laptop I don't notice much difference in highlighths. I am guilty of posting before I have explored the best possible edits to my photos! thanks again to all for your time and input.
