Fishing by the river

I would appreciate your comments and critiques.

I think the composition could be stronger if it had been rotated so that more of the bridge could be seen. That was where my eye felt like it should be naturally led on first viewing this photograph.

Thanks James, you make a good point. The place from where a series of photographs were taken ( and later stitched together to get this photo) is not a bridge but a park on the edge of east river in NYC. I thought it would make a mundane composition more interesting if I could get the person standing and some fishing rods. There was nothing very exciting on the left of the person so I did not include it. I hope this addresses the suggestion you made. Thanks!
