bentes_world 0 Posted November 29, 2004 Nice captured movement in this one. Well done!! Link to comment
seven 0 Posted November 29, 2004 Excellent capture that says everything about a moment of movement. Love the contrast and the sense of motion. Perhaps crop 1/3 of space between bottom of frame and the heel? Link to comment
seven 0 Posted November 29, 2004 I love that sense of "swirling" round her heel - is that a software effect such as 'blur' or 'smudge' ? Seems to have a rich satinlike texture. Link to comment
fredericpascual 0 Posted November 29, 2004 Very good mood captured. IMHO, more space by the right side, to include more of the guy, maybe it will be a more conventionnal crop, but could work fine in this kind of blur... 6/6...as well Link to comment
blago 0 Posted November 29, 2004 I'd crop like this by an obvious reason. It's an elegant picture, Monika. Regards. Blago Link to comment
glabarca 0 Posted November 29, 2004 Blago's cropp makes it more balanced, but I think that the original version, the woman is at the center, a bit unbalanced, is more dinamic, and what is paramount emphazises her, the man becomes a mere support for her, a complement. I know that you need two to Tango, but IMO the photo is more interesting showing some disbalance between both. Link to comment
robidooo 0 Posted November 30, 2004 I agree with Guillermo. The original version is showing more dynamism. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 30, 2004 Nice composition and beautifully exposed. Lovely blur gives the image a delicate sense of movement. Nice work ... 6/6. Regards. Link to comment
chetn 0 Posted December 1, 2004 Great action, simply dynamic I much prefer your crop too, unstable; in keeping with the theme. Link to comment
monika.brand 0 Posted December 1, 2004 thanks a lot for your comment and suggestion. There is no software effect or PS work, besides the tomimg here. I shot this one with 1/10 sec at f 4,5 on Ilford HP5 developed in Kodak D76. Regards, Monika. Link to comment

seven 0 Posted December 12, 2004 Thanks for feedback. Clearly an excellent choice of shutter speed/ aperture - and fine work in the darkroom. It is so rich that movement, has a texture of its own. Regards, Seven. Link to comment
