seven 0 Posted November 27, 2004 This is a great perspective Vlad. You place the viewer almost in the same position as the isolated yellow jacket - I imagine she is a substitute/ reserve to be so far from the action and wearing rain protection : perhaps about to be brought onto the field (she's wearing head gear.) But she's already muddy.....so perhaps is off with an injury.I played football at school in the English rain on fields with poor drainage : it felt something like this. Link to comment
vladvlaz 0 Posted December 6, 2004 Seven, thank you for your comments on this and another of my photos. It is great to have people like you on PN. She was waiting to be substituted back on. I liked her strained pose. Link to comment
oswegophoto 1 Posted December 8, 2004 Very evocative. It so draws me in, making me imagine what's going on in the head and heart of the sidelined player. Good catch. 6/6 Link to comment
John Peri 1,039 Posted April 6, 2005 What happened to her left leg? .... A really silly question which has nothing to do with an evaluation of the photo I know, sorry, but you asked me the same thing, so I guess it makes some sense to you. Link to comment
