mg 0 Posted November 23, 2004 Very good, clean Photoshopping starting from an original idea. What bothers me a little nevertheless is the choice of colors. Top of the face more Yellowisn that the face itself - why ? Also the hand has strange color patches... Maybe it's all on purpose, but I think this would be superb once color-corrected, or even in B&W. What's important here is what's going on - colors add very little if anything at all. Still, very good work. Hope to see a BW version or a revised version. Best regards. Link to comment

haleh b 0 Posted May 4, 2005 It is an honor to be noticed by someone whose mind is as vivid as yours! I find inspiration in others such as yourself who think outside of the box. Link to comment
peter bernik 0 Posted March 20, 2006 Wow, this is crazy. Really original and PS work is amazing. Ok I can find a few hotspots if I'm nitpicking, but the alteration as a whole is incredible. Link to comment
edith_frederick 0 Posted October 2, 2007 Few photographs read so strongly small and become almost unbearably intense writ large. The fusion of your composition, contrast and colors with your concept is admirable. With the social/domestic spoon image you take T.S. Elliot's stoic pain at life-measured-out-in-coffee-spoons on into the realm of Kafka and even Solzynitzyn -- here is a person habituated in hurt and harm by his manly stoicism. Your palette shows us the nuances and textures of old blood. January 28, 2008 Lasse, today I notice that the title on your photograph has been changed from "Violence" to "Headache." I'd be interested to hear the reasons -- if the change is yours, perhaps you are testing the range of acceptance or communication for your powerful image. I will always prefer "Violence" because I believe you have created an essential expresson of that dynamic between participating parties, especially as it is experienced in ordinary life. laura2 0 Posted November 11, 2007 Prehistoric brain surgery? Absolutely wonderful. What makes it great is knowing how it was made, and how well you put it together to make it! There's something about the background I really like. It reminds me of a circulatory system, which really makes me feel a bit of a twinge of a migraine in my head. Brings the whole grittyness of the image altogether. What inspired you to do this? Did you have a bad headache one day? Link to comment
