I have a soft spot for the dark and contrast filled images... What do you think...

does it work... or how would you improve it?

Very aesthetic motif, I like the supersaturated colors and the contrast of soft and crisp texture. Congrats, Carsten

Just curious: again your mask technique you decribed before ?

mmm, a tough one. I love the look of it, but I'm not so sure about the position. Maybe its because the rock is cut off, or the almost center position of the main leaf. I feel it needs a crop, but I'm not sure what would be best.

Carsten: Yes...kind of the same. Just some playing around on a dull Sundat afternoon. :-)

Stephen: I will have to agree with you somwhat.... but possibly find a square crop more pleasing... not too sure. Your suggestion is not a bad idea. :-)
