Geat compositon, and wonderfully vivid colors, the tree really adds to this photo, very original shot!

Thanks for your encouraging words. I am learning how to take pictures, and was wondering whether the tree makes it interesting or is it distracting. Good to know that you like it there. I am not quite sure what about the tree trunk makes it interesting. Is it the texture, or the color, or is it both?
