nher 0 Posted November 13, 2004 Me ha traido a la mente el recuerdo de un a encina giganyesca que he visto hoy en el suelo, fallecida ya por los aos. Es como estar junto al arbol. Muy buena!! Link to comment

mnlo 0 Posted November 14, 2004 Muy buena esa toma, aunque es aun mas espectacular estar alli.....todas las sabinas retorcidas por el viento. Es para verlo! Link to comment
ian_smith6 0 Posted November 14, 2004 A beauifully seen image. However the strong graphic element lends itself to Black and White. In fact the green and blue detract from the image. Link to comment
micheleberti 0 Posted November 14, 2004 I am wordless. THis is spectacular. Congrats. Link to comment
nathanchristopher 0 Posted November 14, 2004 I have to agree with Ian Smith on this one. A little more back lighting, pulling slightly back from the trunk and making it a B&W would have been a little less "complicated". Mind you, the image did catch my eye though. Cheers. I wonder how this scene would look in IR? Link to comment
emre 0 Posted November 15, 2004 I was drawn to this by its form and texture. I bet it would make a great print. Link to comment

antoni mysliborski 0 Posted November 18, 2004 excelent composition - the photo is split in half, but both parts work with each other Link to comment
suresh randadath 0 Posted November 24, 2004 This photograph is very arresting. At the same time on closer look, I am not sure if it is all that balanced as I am not able to lock my attention on the tree trunk due to the branches on the left. It would be interesting to see a different angle of this tree. Probably shoot the branches through the arch of the tree trunk. May be it just my eyes:-) Any way, great work and a great place! davidroossien 0 Posted December 15, 2004 I like this better in color because the viewer is drawn through the natural frame by the saturated colors. While the BW version has more texture, it doesn't have the interesting dichotomy. The chaotic left side contrasts the simplicity on the right, making the clean and simple side the viewer's choice.
