pradeep satyaprakash 0 Posted November 9, 2004 This photo was taken at Chinnabee Waterfalls right outside of Cheaha Mountain National Park in Alabama, USA. We were hiking to the waterfalls and on the way back, the sun was setting and it hiy this outcropping of schist I believe. The mica was highly concentrated in this piece and caught the warm tones of the sunset and made the material look like gold. I had to actually dial down the exposure to capture the glints properly, which I thought was interesting. This photo, unlike my other unique photos, really did speak to me on any sense, but just looked very beautiful and I thought I would share it here. Thank you. Comments and criticism welcome. pradeep satyaprakash 0 Posted November 9, 2004 For some reason, the text did not post properly. I meant to say that this photo did NOT speak to me, but was just beautiful. Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted November 13, 2004 A very nice natural abstract. I like the way you've composed this, with the three main areas of colours (yellow, gray, red) nicely balancing each other. The colours, the light and the texture are excellent. Link to comment
