What I did in Photoshop?

I select the frame, then copy and paste, then the Filter option, Blurr, unsharp by moving????.

Select in this dialog box the direction and distance. ok.

At last I changed the cover % of the layer.

I didn't have the english version of PS so I guessed the names of the tools.
