harish 0 Posted November 7, 2004 Hey Pat, I dont know why, but most of the pics which i saw of yours,(they are from your portfolio posted on the site), reflect a sad undertone to your work. Any particular reason for it? About this one, its good. Just makes me feel as if she is tired of carrying herself in an artificial world which her clothes are trying to make her a part of. Great pic, and also the other nude ones which you have in your portfolio. Harish Link to comment
pat_thielen 0 Posted July 5, 2005 Interested in all opinions both good and bad. I really appreciate people who take the time to actually write a couple lines for a critique; it really does help me improve my work. Seeing other people's views is a very important part of artistic growth. Thanks, -Pat- Link to comment
isaac madera 1 Posted July 5, 2005 Sad showes just as much emotion as happy. Emotion makes for a good portrait. I for one love this. Great color, model (I'm a sucker for punkrock chicks) clothes...hell pretty much everthing in this image works for me. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 5, 2005 The shot is quite good... I'm just a little bit disturbing by this high white light, I'd imagine a darker mood. Love her smiling ;) ... Nice pose, it works very well. 5+/5 Link to comment

bill_kerner1 0 Posted July 8, 2005 the emotion is there, i just feel the clean white light is a bit off. the street lights are so dark yet colorful then you loose all of it with the white light from the inside. another minor thing is he middle finger on the left hand but that is so minor and has an intriguing feature sorta like an opposite f.off. well composed well lit as far as the white goes. it is hard to keep the texture in a wife beater tank with so many other darm colors. i give it a 6/6 Link to comment
