Wow. Excellent image. Well done. The tones and sharpness are fantastic. I've wondered how those taking self-portraits get the focus spot on from the other side of the camera? May I ask how you set this up Patrick?

It's hard to get a thoughtful stare with out it seem horribly posed, this came out rather well. I wonder what those striking eyes would look like in color though.

Thank you all for your fine words! =) I set it up like this. I first put up an item where i want to sit.. and focus on that item. Then i place myself at that very spot and have the remote in my hand.. and then shoot away! =) Often running back and fort to check so i have focus also!

 

About my eyes.. i have blue eyes! =) Perhaps ill upload one in color!
