abintraphoto 0 Posted November 2, 2004 Would suggest a slight tilt to the right - just a bit ..... opppps - I mis-spelled 'titlt' in the image caption - oh well, system won't let me change it ........ sol Link to comment
bentes_world 0 Posted November 2, 2004 Thanks to everyone stopping by and taking time to comment my experiments in stills... Ken ... the TILTING ..oh yes ...I think you are right.... I don't think it is the stool in the corner that is tilting here ... or perhaps it is? ...How comes it that you suddenly are mis-spelling? I have to remind you that you have a great responsibility to me because I for "shure" learn a lot from you ..and I also think that what the mind is full ....oh, forget it ...SOL Link to comment
donnaalbers 0 Posted November 2, 2004 I like the way you put this still life together, Bente. Great combination of lighting, color, and texture. I see that old pan serves you well. (~; Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted November 2, 2004 In yours - I look at them as if they were mine ...... the angle of the light, its intensity, the pattern on the background, the texture of the table surface, shapes, shadows, the piece of Eggg shell I forgot to remove from the last shoot ....... (all can be eye candy) ........ things like that. Looking at your last several still-lifes, I like very much what I see in these areas - they would please me alot if they were mine. Maybe the highest compliment one can give. Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Well, except for a million dollars -- that may be slightly higher .. Link to comment
hiroya 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Everything is opposite of my flower photos. Well-suppressed colors, gentle lighting, various textures and beautiful composition. In this photo, here is a lot to learn for me. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 3, 2004 Bent, even the tilted version looks great( someboy needs glasses fast.....) let allon the right one.The tones and composition are like good old wine. as PN don't allow to score more than 8 7'ns a day, it will be 6/6 on the scoring that meant to be 7/7.... 1000wordsphotography 0 Posted November 4, 2004 I love the color of this bottle, so well captured. I can feel it's smoothness. Your still life shots are growing more and more impressive. Link to comment

bram meijer 0 Posted November 4, 2004 Great light and colors. And also the use of the bottle and flowers. You can call it simpel, But I think that creating a still life is as difficult as making the photo of it. Regards, Bram Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted November 7, 2004 Love the muted tones in this one. That pan is serving you well. I also really like your new portrait - I think that's the real "you". :) Link to comment
