(+) I like the backlighting of the cloud... the "horizontalness" of the photo is interesting to me, as is the monochromacity (if that IS a real word...)

(-) The tree and the sun tend to compete for my interest. I think the tree is the obvious choice in this photo, so perhaps you could enlarge/crop in such a way to make the tree more prominent - filling the left third of the fame or so.

Overall, I like it though. It would definitely be a "keeper" in my photo file.
