I think this is gorgeous. My only thought is that it's so overwhelmingly blue, maybe a different background color would help it 'pop' a bit more.

Brilliant. Well composed, it is often worth all the atempts to grasp that one image. My only suggestion is perhaps you should not use filters and do the color shift digitally. The filters create a slight glare or reflection taking away from the unique shape of the droplets and streams of liquid.
