jimg 0 Posted November 9, 2004 The biggest draw to my eye in this phot is the red tree followed by the clouds in the sky. The tree is too centered and the true interest to your image appears to be to the left. I'm not sure if it would have been possible but panning to the left and putting the red tree off center (bottom right of the current frame) would improve the composition of your photo and it's overall impact. One thing also to consider is using a longer lens (or cropping your current photo) to change this to a square or portrait format. See the attached as an example. Link to comment
wheely 0 Posted November 9, 2004 Nice shot and interesting subject. I think you've gone a bit too far with the polarizer though. I find I am distracted by the colour gradient from left to right. Sometimes, if it's just the sky, it works for me but this effects the whole image. Just a personal view though. Link to comment
