This shot was taken in the Ukraine at a baptism service. The little girl was at the edge of the water where the baptism was to take place. A few feet behind her a Ukrainian church service was taking place.

This was taken at a Ukrainian Baptism service. The girl was off to

the side at the water's edge where the people were to be baptised.

I like this photograph a lot. Conveys wonderful emotion. Only one small complaint: there is a telephone pole (or something) right in the center of the frame which is a little distracting. Otherwise, a lovely photograph...
