Did this while I was learning and experimenting with Photo shop

I love the overall look and feel of this image, but to me anyway, the smearing of the hair in the upper portion doesn't fit. But that's just me, and on the whole I love the picture.

It's a pleasing shot overall as your eye is brought in from the left toward her chin in a sweeping triangle. To me though the multi-tones of her hair don't fit the rest of the picture. I suggest you might want a second version where you crop out the leftmost 60% altogether.
