Erwin, the same reason why art teachers don't let you create images of your doggy, your kitty, your motorcycle, etc is the same reason why an image like this has no interesting message or conveyence.

Jeff, this picture is to remind people of the good times they had when they were fishing; and so a picture used to convey a mood or to bring back happy memories is far from meaningless to people who have shared that experience.

He should be looking at the line not smiling at the camera, one just got away!, hehe, nice photo
