As you eventually have cropped a bit, here, I wonder whether one might not wat to crop a bit more and remove the traces of the wall at the backgorund, possibly at the price of a few human figures, including cropping the one whose head is not visible at the left. I would remove him and the guy on the bottom left, as well as the guy on the top, so to keep the aspect ratio, loose the wall, and have at the top the two who are not working looking down on everyone else, rather than the present worker.
