great picture. love the repetition of the arches and the framing effect they create on the backdrop. However, I am uncertain about what is in the back. Maybe you should have chosen a more interesting subject for the background.

I like this picture. The composition, the light and the framing are good. However, the high rise building in the background is hardly visible. I doubt anybody can guess what it is unless one knows the area pretty well. Well, an electric power station is a wild guess, but I know it's true because I know the area. Did you intend the viewer to guess the purpose of the high rise building in the background, or you just supposed that such a construction is representative of our times.

What struck me was the contrast of an electric power plant as seen throught the ancient set of arches. Kind of like a vision of the future...That is the feeling that I attempted to capture.
