kslonaker 0 Posted October 17, 2004 Linda, this has to be one of the best autumn shots I've seen this year! (Roger, you're a sweetie for letting Linda borrow your camera - Ed loaned me his 80-400 lens and I don't think he's hardly taken a single shot with it, but I use it constantly). It's true love when you can share camera equipment and be a team instead of being in competition with one another. You have different styles, as Roger has said, and it's interesting to keep seeing how you both see the world. Link to comment
someoneelse 1 Posted October 17, 2004 Linda, I did read the comments on this, and as always your friends say things what make sense and humor and good technical things but a lott I don't understand ??? hasselblad??????, so I will just say it my way: Just love it. btw my husband has now a new camera NIKON D70, and I saw the results.......I now for sure will have also one......talking about competition, I am getting interested in technics........oh I hope this will turn out right. love ya Els Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted October 17, 2004 Sweet Els...A Hassleblad is a very fine (and expensive) camera which uses 120 film and makes square pictures. The lens produces excellent quality images. Roger has one that is 30 years old, and it is a joy to use...Ken also has one that he uses for his still lifes..... Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted September 24, 2005 I came, I saw, I liked! Had a few extra minutes this AM and thought I'd wander through your portfolio and was drawn to your fall images. It's that time of year again and I'm looking forward to all the fall colors that will be posted on PN. This one is so lovely, the colors and composition seem perfect. Images tell such a powerful "story" and I'm often there for just a moment. And I'm still working on "it was a dark and stormy day at the ol' red brick homestead" shot for you. Enjoy the day.
