This is a nice image. There are a couple of things I would suggest that might improve it somewhat. First, You might want to try a tighter crop. This would direct focus onto the bird. It would also serve to make thge background less dis tracting. Since its to late to use fill flash, you can you your image editing program to lighten the bird a bit. It's a wee bit to dark. Work on these couple of things and you'll have a superior picture.
