"Lazy"

What a beautiful capture. Pets are often a bit of a pain to photograph but you've done a stunning job here. I appreciate the composition and the fact that you got down to his level as it really accentuates that fabulous facial expression. The monotone really lends itself to playing on the colours of his coat and giving the impression of incredible softness.

He's making me sleepy too :)

Very beautiful dog. This is my favourite picture of him/her from your folders. You've captures it's gaze very well. Sharpness and colours are excellent, monochrome looks very nice, even though it may be inconventional, it definatelly does the dog justice.

I also always try to get down to the level of whatever I'm taking a photo of, otherwise it looks more impersonal.

Maybe leaving the foot on the right and the tail on the left inside the frame would have been better, but knowing how normally they don't keep still much, that is just a minor thing. The highlights on the nose look very slightly overexposed, but again this is very minor.

Overall, very nice photo. 7/6
