Bird in Salt Water

Very simple, very effective! The colour is marvellous (even though my laptop's screen doesn't surely do any justice to it ;o)

Great simplicistic shot! You see a lot of 'simplicistic' shots in this forum that look like the camera was triggered accidentally.

I find this image wonderfully serene & elegant.

Beyond words. I enjoy all your photographs but this is something special. I often wonder if these are a result of hard work or just a chance moment. It is certainly a result of experience.

It looks like a fake. I have a feeling it was fresh water with regular table salt just added in before the shot.

 

Seriously though. Very nice shot.

I spent about one hour at the end of the day at the "salinas". (I don't know the word for 'salinas' in english, the place where they made the salt, by sea water evaporation). This photo was made after sunset. This one was made before sunset at the same place:

The difference is the color of the sky reflected on the water. I made around 20 shots of Sensia at thie place.
