The scene only lasted for a moment but I had time to grab a few handheld shots. Luckily I didnt have my usual Velvia loaded but Provia 100F so I got 1/125s at f5.6 with my Canon EF28-105 at the long end. Link to comment

amy_hoy 0 Posted September 2, 2001 I know how it feels to have only an instant to take a photograph and then have it not turn out well. I'm afraid this is the case here. Rippling water is not interesting enough by itself and the bird is too small and unfocused to hold the picture up on its own. Link to comment
