Sylvie, I agree that the concept and execution (Bayer didn't have photoshop:) are different and that the only commonality is 'the fact that eyes have been added to hands". But this fact already means very much as it is something that makes the photo. There are such artists' findings, such tricks once discovered, which are so bright and original, that someone who dares to repeat them, risks to be accused of plagiarism. As I have already said, I think that repetitions are inevitable....but what bothers me here is the too direct character, the too exact representation of once discovered artistic idea. This is not the first time I see Bayer's trick in modern execution. In Riga there has been recentely a big art exhibition with a huge poster which almost exactly repeated Bayer's work, but it was signed with a different surname;)..Nobody cared. ..I will repeat myself saying, that usually I do love Fili's work..What I question here are the criterias of originality and genuinity.

Very nice, but since this is not an hard manipulation you could have spent a little more time cleaning things in pshop. I particoularly don't like the lines where the hand and face overlap.

I'm going with it as one of the most striking images I've see here in a while. Good blend of PS layers. I like the cross fade of the nose and the eyebrows and even the edge of the face... and I love the expression!

Thanks for showing this one.
